For custom projects we are at 2-6 weeks for lead times.

Are my new window treatments difficult to clean?
Hunter Douglas window treatments are designed to require minimal care, your normal dusting and vacuuming should do.
Is it possible to use my Alexa to control my window treatments?
Yes! With the PowerView Gen 2 or 3 Hub, PowerView Shades can be voice-controlled using Amazon Echo and Alexa products.
Is there a Lifetime guarantee?
The Hunter Douglas Lifetime Limited Warranty only applies to the original retail purchaser. Some products may not be repairable due to the age, availability of parts and/or condition of the product(s). Certain products must be sent back to Hunter Douglas directly for repair. In-home services for removal and reinstallation are not covered by the Hunter Douglas Lifetime Limited Warranty. In-home services are available in select markets only. Contact your Hunter Douglas dealer for a list of in-home service fees. Shipping, handling and other administrative fees are not covered by the Hunter Douglas Lifetime Limited Warranty.
