Hunter Douglas window fashion products are covered for defects in materials, workmanship or failure to operate for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product (unless shorter periods are provided below) this includes fabric delaminating, all internal mechanisms, components and brackets. Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products.
All Operational Cords - 7 years from purchase date
Hunter Douglas Motorization Components - 5 years from purchase date
Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear - NOT COVERED
Abuse, accidents, misuse, or alterations to the product - NOT COVERED
Exposure to the elements and discoloration or fading over time on certain products - NOT COVERED
Shipping charges, cost of removal and reinstallation - NOT COVERED

Repair Drop-Offs
If you have a blind or shade that needs a repair, you can drop it off any time during store hours. We will get back to you within 3 business days with an assessment and estimate, or if the repair is not covered under warranty.
*We are unable to repair any cordless shades that are not Hunter Douglas.
Service Calls
If you are unable to bring your window treatments in for repair, we offer service calls starting at $125. This includes the trip to pick up your shade, and a trip to reinstall. Any non-warranty repairs, temporary shades, or batteries are an additional charge. Select warranty repairs can be performed on site.
Warranty Repair While You Wait
If you are coming from a distance or need your repair turned around quickly, you can make an appointment to bring it in to our Syracuse location and wait while it is repaired. Please reach out to us in advance to determine warranty status and parts stock.
